Gagosian had secured a 20-year lease on a 22,000 sq ft space at 20 Grosvenor Hill in London’s Mayfair district, the New York Times reports. The gallery is due to open in October. 'We’ve been looking for a bigger place in Mayfair, one that would resemble a Chelsea gallery,” Larry Gagosian told the newspaper 'And this has great space with over 15-foot-high ceilings.'
