张跃华，当代著名书画艺术家。号:华翁（曾号：梦春堂主人、梦春堂老翁、梦翁）。全国书画艺术委员会顾问、文化部中青城投书画集团院院长、人民日报袭古创今书画院名誉院长、中央机关紫光阁画院院士、中国慈善书画院院士、中国民族书画研究院研究员、中国诗酒书画院付院长、中国华翁堂艺术研究院院长。国家高级美术师、清华大学美术学院客座教授、中国国家国宾礼艺术家，国际和平艺术家。
